It sounds like their own version of the American cash for clunkers. This does increase used vehicle prices and hurts people economically at the bottom of the market.

Yah, I sure hope is commercial only! It would be a shame for those old Premier Padminis to get crushed! I guess I need to rescue one sooner than later
